Our Senior Associate, Ariza Arif, has practiced exclusively in family law since her admission as a solicitor in New South Wales and the High Court of Australia on 9 September 2018. Ariza has experience in parenting and financial/property matters.

Ariza also has extensive experience in negotiating matters, resulting in a settlement, without the need for the Court’s intervention. However, should your matter require Judicial determination, then Ariza has the requisite experience to assist you to achieve the best possible outcome in your matter.  

Whilst Ariza has six (6) years’ experience in private practice, she continues to volunteer at Kingsford Legal Centre, offering her expertise to the general public as it is her belief, that legal advice should not be limited due to a person’s financial circumstances.
